Once your order is placed, we aim to prepare and dispatch your alarm quickly so it can be with you as soon as possible.

We aim to dispatch your CareFall Care alarm the same working day or the next working day after your order is placed.
In most cases, your alarm will be dispatched within 1 working day.
Delivery service
We send CareFall Care alarms using Royal Mail 24, with tracking information provided once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking details will be sent to the email address used when placing your order.
Estimated delivery time
We aim to get your alarm to you within around 2 working days from dispatch, although delivery times can vary depending on Royal Mail and your location.
